Adams: Never acceptable to bite a police officer

"I DON'T THINK there ever could be an acceptable moment where you bite or assault a police officer," Mayor Eric Adams told NY1's Pat Kiernan Thursday regarding Brooklyn Councilmember Susan Zhuang's (D-43) violent clash with a police officer during a protest against a homeless shelter in her Bensonhurst/Gravesend district.
"That community, they do not have a homeless shelter, and you can't have 13, 14 homeless shelters in one area, one councilmember's district, and none in others," Mayor Eric Adams emphasized.
