That's not necessarily a no. I'm just saying that right now the Department of Education through the funding for children with disabilities is not controlling vaccinations and that sort of thing in states.
I think that Secretary Kennedy, with whom I've had conversations about that, has an absolute passion about looking at students with handicaps and disabilities.
