A recent string of robberies in New York City saw at least seven individuals targeted, including a 14-year-old boy severely beaten in Staten Island. The attacks, which began on February 10, involved thefts of jackets and headphones from predominantly young victims in lower Manhattan. The police noted that the boy's injuries were the most serious, but no other victims suffered physical harm. Investigations led to the release of suspect images by the NYPD as they seek community assistance in apprehending the criminals responsible.
The depraved duo appear to have launched their weeklong spree on Feb. 10, when they pummeled the teen boy, punching him in the face multiple times.

The NYPD on Thursday released photos of both suspects, one inside a subway station and the other out on the street.
