Tom Morello's Power to the People Festival Is a Rock Super Lineup With a Mission

Power to the People Festival is a one-day, non-partisan event focused on peace, justice, solidarity, music, and community action. The festival takes place Saturday, October 3 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Performers include Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Jack Black, Dave Matthews, Dropkick Murphys, Joan Baez, Cypress Hill, Serj Tankian, Brittany Howard, Killer Mike, Taylor Momsen, The Linda Lindas, Matt Cameron, Daryl “DMC” McDaniels, and Tom Morello. Proceeds from ticket sales and net VIP proceeds support VoteRiders, which works to remove confusing and restrictive voter ID barriers, and HeadCount, which helps fans register to vote and learn about upcoming elections. Ticket resale starts May 29 at 10:00 a.m. ET, with general on-sale May 30 at 10:00 a.m. ET, priced at $125 lawn, $225 pavilion, and $375 VIP.
