One of NYC's hottest theater tickets isn't on Broadway - it's at the Port Authority
Briefly

The Port Authority Bus Terminal has become an unexpected hub for theater thanks to ChaShaMa's transformation of a former cookie shop into a theater. This 37-seat venue generates excitement by hosting various performance art from local talent. The Love Show, a dance theater group, has rejuvenated the space with sold-out productions and lively post-show dance parties. The combination of high foot traffic and engaging performances has turned this gritty transit space into a popular destination for unexpected artistic experiences in New York City.
"There is such a high foot traffic that it has great potential for theatrics," said Anita Durst, Co-Founder and Artist Director of ChaShaMa.
"It's kind of a perfect place for New Yorkers to experience all this art and be surprised by it," she added.
"We sold out all of March so we added April dates," said Angela Harriell, the Love Show's director and choreographer.
"We have this dance party after every show. It kind of becomes this discotheque with no one wanting to leave," said Judah Frank.
