The singer-songwriter Melissa Etheridge's theatrical memoir in which she weaves stories from her life will be staged on Broadway this fall, the production announced Sunday.Called My Window, a reference to one of her hit songs, Etheridge's show recounts the arc of her life and career, from growing up in Kansas to reaching rock fame and coming out as a lesbian in the '90s.
