With inflation, vendors inside of The Eatery pay around 20 dollars per square foot for their stand. This forces owners like Dennis Yost to increase prices to cover costs.
It's coming out to be better than we have expected. I'm hoping we make as much as last year or a little less to keep it afloat, said Suzie Sardo, The Eatery's Pub Owner.
I have to make sure 80 percent of my beer was a New York State Product. I kind of like that part of it though because our communities are working together to make some money.
They're people here from food stands that we know from the neighborhood; they're people that come from different states that we've become friends with just from being in this building.
