These 12 food vendors have been at the NYS Fair for 25 years or longer. Which is the oldest?
Briefly

"We've been here, the same location, run by the same family, since 1939," said Dave Pizio, who operates the stand with his sister, Doris. Their parents opened the stand after having run a restaurant in the city. "Are we the oldest? Well, I certainly think so."
When the legendary Baker's Chicken Coop ended its run in 2021, it was touted by fair officials (and the media) as the fair's oldest food stand. It first opened in 1949.
Over the years, of course, many older vendors have dropped out. Aside from Baker's Chicken Coop, they include the Haddock Paddock, the New York Grange's Ye Olde Ox Roast, Whelan's Pub, and more.
We found 12 vendors who have been serving food at the fair for at least 25 years. That's since 1999, or all the way back into the 20th century. None are older than P-Z-Os.
