Starmer welcomes Siberian kitten to Downing Street
Briefly

During his election campaign, Sir Keir Starmer mentioned how his kids were eager for a dog, particularly a German Shepherd, after moving into Downing Street.
We are now getting a kitten instead of a dog, and this is an agreement after long negotiations - I said we'd get in the room and sort it out.

Downing Street has a rich history of pets, with numerous animals having lived there, contributing to the charm and character of the Prime Minister's residence.
