PopUp Bagels, known for its viral 'rip and dip' bagels, is launching its first location in Georgetown, DC on April 10. Founded by Adam Goldberg during the pandemic, the chain has expanded to over 25 locations nationwide. The menu features five bagel types and rotating schmear flavors. The Georgetown location will include a second story for seating and a patio. A grand opening event will feature giveaways and a DJ, aiming to replicate the brand's successful concept in DC.
