N.Y. weather: Extended weekend "soaker" forecast for NYC
Briefly

Forecasts predict a wet weekend for New York City with possibilities of over two inches of rain, following a week of comfortable weather.
"The next couple of days are looking great weather-wise - low humidity, very comfortable, pleasant temperatures," said Dave Dombek, an AccuWeather senior meteorologist.
Dombek is "pretty confident" that there will be a period of time this weekend that becomes rather wet, especially late Saturday and into Saturday night.
Heavy downpours could lead to flash flooding, and there's a significant chance of off-and-on rain throughout Saturday, impacting evening plans.
