When I first set out to create the cocktail menu for Bar Enzo, I wanted to reflect not just the Italian-American heritage but also the familial connections that define our community. Each drink is a nod to my roots and my family's legacy, with ingredients sourced locally that resonate with our Sicilian flavors.
