Berta, priced at £17 and weighing over 1kg per slice, combines rich layers of dark chocolate sponge with velvety ganache, making it a luxurious experience.
In addition to Bertha, the pop-up also features the Knickerbocker Glory Pie, a decadent dessert that pays homage to Fortnum's dessert heritage with raspberry jam and vanilla cake.
