I visited airport lounges by AmEx and Chase. Both are great, but Centurion is better for 2 key reasons.
Briefly

AmEx paved the way for credit card lounges with the Centurion Lounge launch in Las Vegas, expanding to 30 worldwide locations, far surpassing Chase's six.
The Centurion concept transformed travel lounge access by linking it to specific credit card ownership, prioritizing AmEx cardholders over traditional airline loyalty programs.
While I enjoyed Chase's unique amenities like the arcade and spa, the extensive AmEx lounge network makes Centurion access a valuable asset for frequent travelers.
At LaGuardia, AmEx's Centurion and Chase's Sapphire Lounge provide spacious seating, but AmEx's popularity kept it busy, contrasting with the quieter upstairs area at Chase.
