Food Karma Projects announces Tamales Party!™, a special food event taking place on February 22 at Baker Falls in Manhattan. This event will showcase unique tamales crafted by top NYC chefs using Masienda's heirloom corn masa harina, emphasizing equitable farming and heritage techniques. Attendees will enjoy delicious food, curated drinks, and music, setting the tone for a dynamic 2025 event season, which also includes returning favorites like Brisket King and Rib King NYC. All-inclusive tickets are available for those 21 and older, including tasters of tamales and spirits.
