The public voted online for the Best NY Burger Competition, leading to the selection of the Top 10 finalists.
To decide the Best NY Burger, judges will visit each restaurant, assessing burgers on taste, appearance, and temperature without revealing their identity.
In 2023, Syracuse's Ale 'n Angus Pub won with their 'Bacon Grilled Cheeseburger', among two Capital Region restaurants in the Top 10.
