Edith's Sandwich Counter is celebrating lobster roll season by launching a Lobster Club sandwich in collaboration with Saltie Girl, a top seafood bar from Boston. Available starting June 18 at both of Edith's locations, the sandwich features fresh lobster meat and unique ingredients on challah bread. Guests can pair it with a Frozen Root Beer Float Slushie for a perfect summer treat. This collaboration is part of Edith's Summer Sandwich Series, which previously included partnerships with other popular eateries and will continue throughout the summer with more exciting offerings.
