The Animal bar in Williamsburg is celebrating its first anniversary on March 30, marking a successful year as a popular spot in the queer nightlife scene. Known for its top-notch cocktails and inclusive atmosphere, the bar has fostered community spirit, exemplified by memorable events like a New Year's performance by Kevin Aviance. The anniversary bash promises a full day of festivities, featuring renowned DJs and drink specials, showcasing Animal's commitment to vibrant nightlife and community engagement.
As much as we dreamed of this bar for years, we could never have imagined the incredible energy, love, and creativity that our community has brought to Animal.
The anniversary party next Sunday will take place from 2pm until 4am and will involve drink specials throughout the day.
