Sean 'Diddy' Combs has decided not to testify in his sex trafficking trial, claiming he is doing well. After a lengthy presentation of evidence from the prosecution, which included testimony from former employees and girlfriends, Combs' lawyers motioned for a dismissal of the charges. The prosecution's case, supported by testimonies about the alleged 'freak offs', accuses him of sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs, aged 55 and facing these serious allegations, remains in custody without bail after being deemed a danger to the community.
After the prosecution rested, Combs' lawyers asked Subramanian to halt the trial immediately and throw out the charges, arguing the charges weren't proven.
Combs has pleaded not guilty and has remained incarcerated without bail in a federal lockup in Brooklyn after multiple judges concluded last fall that he was a danger to the community.
