Rody R. Morales Cu, a 20-year-old, was arrested by the NYPD's Special Victims Unit for raping a woman in Queens. The attack occurred in Jamaica when the suspect threatened the victim with a knife. Despite the violent nature of the encounter, the victim managed to call a relative for help, which eventually led to Morales Cu fleeing the scene. He has been charged with first-degree rape and sexual abuse, and if convicted, could face a maximum of 25 years in prison.
