On March 6, 2025, the Runway of Dreams Foundation held an event at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Center, celebrating Adaptive fashion and disability inclusion. Led by Garrison Redd, who advocates for disability inclusion, the evening featured a runway show with models from the spinal cord injury rehab center showcasing stylish adaptive clothing. The panel discussion delved into vital subjects such as life after a disability diagnosis and how adaptive clothing can enhance daily living. The event underscored the Foundation’s commitment to driving change in the fashion industry to accommodate and empower individuals with disabilities through innovative designs.
