Blake Lively won a partial victory in her legal dispute with Justin Baldoni when a federal judge granted her request for a modified protective order. This order aims to keep sensitive documents and communications confidential, labeled for "Attorneys' Eyes Only" during the pretrial phase of her sexual harassment and defamation lawsuit against Baldoni. Nevertheless, the order wasn't entirely favorable, with limitations imposed on what could be considered confidential. The judge noted the case involves significant accusations of theft and the disclosure of confidential information, requiring heightened protective measures due to its sensitive nature.
On Thursday, a federal judge granted the "Another Simple Favor" actress, 37, and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, 48, a modified protective order she requested to keep sensitive communications and documents out of the public eye.
However, the actress - along with fellow plaintiffs Reynolds and her PR representatives - did not get a victory outright, as the request was "granted in part and denied in part."
