Dua Lipa's latest single 'Illusion' from upcoming album Radical Optimism features a music video shot at Piscina Municipal de Montjuïc in Barcelona, showcasing a picturesque swimming pool backdrop.
The music video for 'Illusion' includes Lipa performing at the luxurious pool surrounded by dancers, high divers, and synchronized swimmers, with an added scene inspired by traditional Catalonian human towers.
'Illusion' was co-written by Lipa along with Caroline Ailin, Danny L Harle, Tobias Jesso Jr., and Kevin Parker, with Harle and Parker co-producing the single, setting the stage for the upcoming album.
Lipa described 'Illusion' as a song about staying despite knowing the situation, playing someone at their own game, and not falling for the illusion. The track follows previous Radical Optimism singles 'Houdini' and 'Training Season.'
