The whiskey-distilling Earl of Tyrone: 'Sometimes it all goes wrong, but we love it. We're knackered, but satisfied'

Richard de la Poer Beresford, the Earl of Tyrone, shared that while he initially disliked the attention tied to his title, he has come to appreciate its importance. "Growing up, I never felt like my title had much importance - and to be honest I didn't like it. I didn't like it making me stand out." Through maturity, he recognizes that upholding the title is crucial for preserving family history, saying, "Being older now I do respect the history of the titles, and upholding them is a part of preserving our family history from our perspective."
