"Live Drugs Again chronicles the evolution of these songs from the studio to stages all over the world; documenting our continued growth as a live band," frontman Adam Granduciel said.

The War on Drugs recorded Live Drugs Again on tour, between February 2022 and December 2023, showcasing their dynamic performances and musical progression.
Ahead of the new album release, the band has also produced a cover of Tom Petty's 'You Wreck Me' for the Apple TV+ soundtrack.
