Sunny Day Real Estate have announced a tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of 1994's . The band will start with three shows in March before picking things back up in May. The last stretch of the tour takes place between August and October.
Along with the tour news, Sunny Day Real Estate have announced that they'll release their first new song since 2014's " Lipton Witch." The new track, "Novum Vetus," is out Friday, January 26. According to a press release, the idea behind the song dates back to the late 1990s. Singer Jeremy Enigk, guitarist, Dan Hoerner, and drummer William Goldsmith made "Novum Vetus" with guitarist Greg Suran and bassist Chris Jordan at Seattle's London Bridge Studio.
