It's hard for me to celebrate the way that music works now... the shot of breaking through all of what's out there is so slim and nil... instead of me thinking about what can I write that will break through, I write what is it that I can feel really good about putting out and then go out and playing live.
I tried out for cheerleading as a seventh grader, I'm the most not-flexible person ever... So, probably not gonna be doing any acrobatics, but I will definitely be trying to sling my guitar a little.
