Bailey 'Jade' Loucks, a 15-year-old from Fairview, has been missing since June 14. She was last seen near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard.
Described as approximately five feet tall and weighing 110 pounds, Jade has brown eyes and noticeable scars on her nose and leg.
At the time of her disappearance, Jade had purple hair, although her family suspects she may have changed it to blue since then.
The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office continues to search for Jade, emphasizing the community's involvement in locating the missing teen.
