"She makes turning 40 exciting," added Oliver, 39, while the pair discussed Beyoncé's brand-new country album "Cowboy Carter."
"I think it's been quite calculated," Allen said. "I feel like when Jay-Z got up at the Grammys, that was part of this campaign."
