In December, Ravyn Lenae filmed a TikTok using her song "Love Me Not" and captioned it as a farewell to a limiting relationship. Nearly a year later the song entered Billboard's Hot 100 and propelled Lenae to a Coachella debut, a Lollapalooza performance and a peak at No. 5 in mid-August. The single has amassed more than 700 million Spotify streams, with a Rex Orange County remix adding about 164 million. Lenae supported Sabrina Carpenter on tour, reflected publicly on balancing creativity with social and online demands, and noted an absence of a personal life amid the momentum.
