Amy Poehler Tells the Story Behind Her Yo La Tengo Cover Art on Kimmel
Briefly

That's the first and only time I've been on the cover of a record. That's a sketch I did with UCB, my sketch group, called 'Spaghetti Jesus.' The premise of the sketch is that the face of Jesus is found in a bowl of spaghetti, and then someone ate it.
It may have been Poehler's last time as the cover artwork for a record, but it wasn't her last time working with Yo La Tengo. The two crossed paths again later on during her time on Parks and Recreation.
