In a recent response regarding indexing concerns, Google's John Mueller highlighted the potential impact of unrelated content on a website's search ranking. He questioned whether such diverse topics were intentional by the site owner and suggested using Bing to identify unrelated content indexing through specific search queries. While Google has indicated that niche content isn't mandatory for ranking, diversifying too significantly from one's main topic could lead to reader confusion and possibly affect site credibility and visibility in search results.
One of the things I noticed is that there's a lot of totally unrelated content on the site.
If you go to Bing and use [site:tpointtech.com watch online], [site:tpointtech.com sexy], [site:tpointtech.com top 10], it looks really weird.
To be fair, Google has said previously that niche content isn't required... But yea, if you write about search engines all day and then start blogging about recipes, then maybe your readers will be confused.
