To utilize this feature, users must select the Videos option in the tool menu, upload an image, and provide a description along with any audio instructions. The rollout will initially be available to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in select countries. This comes after over 40 million Veo 3 videos were generated through the Gemini app and Flow in seven weeks, indicating a strong user engagement with the technology.
To use the photo-to-video feature, select Videos from the tool menu, upload an image, describe the scene, and add audio instructions.
These will be eight-second video clips that include sound, generated from user-provided images.
The capability is rolling out to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in select countries, aiming to improve content creation using AI.
