Puppies thrown from vehicle will soon be available for adoption in Mission Viejo

Suspect tossed 10 puppies from a vehicle near Mission Viejo shelter. Puppies were found by a dog walker and nursed back to health, will soon be up for adoption.
Animal Services recommending puppies stay with mothers until at least 6 weeks old. Suspected owner to face animal cruelty charges after being identified through surveillance footage.
Puppies' mother, Holly, located and reunited with them. All puppies are healthy and will be available for adoption. Those unable to care for pets urged to surrender them at local shelters.
