In an email sent to all employees of the SF-Marin Food Bank on Thursday, Executive Director Tanis Crosby said that Mayor London Breed has recommended curtailing funding for the Food Bank by 2025."For FY24, Mayor Breed has only allotted a total of $20 million in funding resources for all grocery programs - down from $30 million in FY23," reads the email, which is titled "Important Update - Mayor Breed does not prioritize food security in City budget."
