The woman, aware of social media discussions about hidden recording devices, took the precaution of scanning the bathroom for cameras, ultimately uncovering a cellphone filming.
Santa Rosa police confirmed that Daniel Nam, the restaurant manager, was arrested after his cellphone, which had filmed for over 45 minutes, was found in the vent.
Nam has been charged with using a hidden device to invade privacy, and police indicated that more charges could follow as further evidence and victims emerge.
