Each year, on the first Saturday of December, our town hosts its annual holiday light-up night to kick off the festive season. While I would like to say we magically found our 'village,' the truth is that sometimes we have to create one. It's not easy to lean on neighbors, but community support helps ease modern motherhood challenges.
