Watch: Drone, boats used to rescue dog who got in too deep chasing geese in Wellesley
Briefly

On Saturday at 8:18 a.m., Wellesley police and fire personnel responded to an urgent call about a person and dog in distress in Lake Waban.
The dog's owner attempted to swim out to rescue the Rottweiler but was forced to return due to the cold and the distance from shore.
With the aid of two Wellesley College boats, the dog was successfully rescued and the police drone played a pivotal role in guiding the operation.
