Walmart has unveiled its new headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, featuring a 350-acre campus designed to foster collaboration and community. The campus includes over a dozen buildings accommodating 15,000 employees, alongside amenities like an amphitheater, health center, daycare, and expansive green spaces. Notably, the campus is designed to blend seamlessly with downtown Bentonville, emphasizing open access and public parks without gates or walls. The headquarters is still under construction with completion expected by the end of the year, coinciding with Walmart’s move to require remote workers to relocate to Bentonville or other designated offices.
The campus, which Walmart refers to as its Home Office, consists of more than a dozen new buildings and has space for more than 15,000 employees.
The company expects all buildings to be complete and occupied by the end of the year, coinciding with announcements about remote work requirements.
