Visitors can enter national parks for free on January 20, April 19, June 19, August 4, September 27, and November 11 in 2025.
While entrance fees are waived on fee-free days, travelers should note that camping, boat launches, and specialized tours will still incur charges.
The National Park Service encourages visitors to experience national parks and suggests the $80 annual America the Beautiful Pass for unlimited access to over 2,000 federal recreation areas.
