Shots were fired at a residence in Mullingar, Co Westmeath on Monday afternoon resulting in the arrest of two teenagers. The incident occurred around 1.40pm. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Gardaí are seeking witnesses who were present in the Ardleigh Park area at the time of the shooting to provide information on the event.
A Garda spokesman appealed for witnesses who were in the Ardleigh Park area during the shooting incident. Two teenagers have been arrested following the event.
