Twitch apologizes after some users in Israel, Gaza barred from making accounts
Briefly

Twitch Support acknowledged that accounts requiring verification by email linked to IP addresses in Israel and the Palestinian territories were blocked from creating new accounts.

A spokesperson commented that the suspension was meant to be temporary but was mistakenly extended until this week, after which the problem was resolved.
