About 60,000 Halo tumblers sold at Wawa are being recalled due to safety concerns after four reported injuries from the metal straw included cuts on fingers and mouths.
The metal straws are deemed unsafe, prompting immediate withdrawal and advice from the CPSC for consumers to stop using the affected tumblers and contact Halo.
Consumers can receive a free replacement silicone straw or opt for a refund in the form of a $15 gift card by returning the original tumbler and straw.
Halo encourages users to use a prepaid shipping label for returning tumblers and to refrain from returning them to Wawa, ensuring a smooth recall process.
