On Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, T+L, Citi, and American Airlines are throwing an intimate cocktail bash at the Flyfish Club, a new members club located on Manhattan's Lower East Side, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The party will take place in the Cattail Lounge, a special little speakeasy that we're turning into our very own Thai Tasting Room.
The party will include a curated Thai menu created by chefs Josh Capon and Conor Hanlon, alongside the Flyfish culinary team, pulling from dishes that were featured in our Destination of the Year coverage, so you can get a taste and a little inspiration to book that trip for yourself.
Naturally, there will be plenty of drinks to go with these delicious Thai bites, including a My Thai with a rum blend, curaçao, coconut, lemongrass, ginger, and lime, and a mocktail Thai Basil Cucumber Spritz made with Seedlip grove, cucumber, Thai basil, and Kaffir lime.
