The public prosecutor's office in Argentina stated that three people have been charged with 'abandonment of a person followed by death' and the supply and facilitation of narcotics, in connection with Liam Payne's tragic passing.
Prosecutor Andres Esteban Madrea emphasized that 'exhaustive and meticulous measures were taken to clarify the circumstances' surrounding the singer's death, leading to a 180-page ruling to charge the accused.
Evidence gathered includes a forensic analysis of Payne's phone, his call and message history, and a review of 800 hours of security camera footage from the hotel and nearby areas.
With investigations still ongoing, officials have executed nine raids in Buenos Aires, and they continue to analyze some of Payne's devices for further insights.
