All current Michelin star holders in Ireland have successfully retained their stars according to the recent Michelin Guide awards. Daróg wine bar in Galway received the Michelin sommelier award and a Bib Gourmand honor. The awards were presented during a ceremony at Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow. Ballyfin’s Executive Chef Richard Picard-Edwards expressed his pride in winning a star, while Carton House's Head Chef Adam Nevin celebrated their quick success, highlighting their team's dedication.
