Meta's Threads is introducing a new privacy feature allowing users to customize their profiles and hide replies to others' posts, enhancing user privacy.
The option to hide replies, first spotted by reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi, is being tested on iOS for a limited number of users and hasn't launched publicly.
By toggling off the 'Show your Replies' feature in profile settings, users can make their replies less visible while maintaining access through the app's settings.
This addition to Threads reinforces the platform's ongoing efforts to give users more control over their interactions and enhance privacy on the social media network.
