Elizabeth Kahane captures her love for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade through photography, creating a book celebrating her 25 years of attending the event.
"It was the blowing up the balloons that really started the love and passion of enjoying the parade," Kahane reflects on her childhood memories.
Each balloon is so large, my apartment darkens as the hulking masses pass by, making her morning of photographing the parade a unique spectacle.
Describing her photo book as her very own 'Miracle on 64th Street,' Kahane combines her passion for celebration and photography into one project.
