Delta Air Lines officially opened its first Sky Club at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport on Dec. 18, offering passengers amenities and views from a bar overlooking the concourse.
Claude Rossell, Delta's vice president, expressed excitement about bringing the Sky Club experience to a new market, emphasizing the amenities and hospitality that have become popular nationwide.
The new Sky Club features spaces for up to 246 guests, soundproof phone booths, and an office area aimed at providing a quiet environment for travelers.
Delta plans to introduce visit limits starting Feb. 1, 2025, capping access for Reserve and Amex Platinum cardholders to manage lounge overcrowding.
