The parlor floor renovation emphasized a balance between openness and structural integrity, maintaining the original features while introducing a more formal definition of spaces.
Joey Chemello stated, 'We touched all the floors, though the main work was on the parlor and garden levels,' highlighting the focus on family functionality in the redesign.
The garden level now serves as a playful area for children but is designed with the potential of being rented out in the future.
